Hi, I am Dr. Kim.
I grew up watching my father, a dentist for more than 40 years, build meaningful relationships with the people he cared for. That example inspired me to serve Northern Virginia families with the same personal attention, trust, and commitment.
The greatest joy in my work is seeing someone who once hid their smile become excited to share it. Every treatment plan is personalized around the person, not simply the teeth.

Originally from Alexandria, Dr. Kim moved to the Tysons Corner area after her orthodontic residency to be closer to her parents and older sister. Time with her family, fiancé, and friends remains central to her life.
Life beyond work
Ellie, Mochi, and the outdoors
Her Malti-poos, Ellie and Mochi, are her furry bundles of happiness and may occasionally visit the office. Dr. Kim also enjoys being outdoors, whether for a short walk or a longer hike.
Tennis
From national competition to coaching
Dr. Kim competed nationally in tennis and attended UVA on a full athletic scholarship. On weekends, she teaches tennis and hopes to pass the strong work ethic she learned from her coach on to young players.
